Mechanics of transferring .nz domain?

#Post
1

Someone has contacted me wishing to buy an .nz domain off of me. Have Googled around, but still not 100% certain of the process and being the first time, I am raw to the process.

Apart from generating an UDAI and providing it to the other party to give to their registrar in order to initiate a transfer, Is there anything else that needs to be done to formalize this process (forms to be filled)?

Also, any other potential pitfalls and traps (legal of otherwise) I need to be aware of?

UDAI is only for you to transfer your domain to another registrar, it doesn't change any registrant info.
your current domain registrar will have a form or email verification for you to fill in

Thanks King1.
Yep, Confirmed with 1stDomains
1) Both parties to Fill out their respective parts of the "Change of registrant" form.
2) Once the above has been actioned, the domain buyer is to then use the UDAI to transfer it out from my account at my registrar to his registrar.
