| 2 | Do you research and get at least two quotes - there are some "cowboys" out there. For our home we used an old-established firm called Varcoe who recommended a ceiling installation vented to outside as no suitable outside walls were available. This was at least 3 years ago and we are entirely satisfied with their workmanship. No problems whatsoever. | 7 | When we got a heat pump we went for a package deal... the heat pump shop sent the installer around to sus-out the job and recommend what size model to install and where.. quoted a supply & install price, and then got it done... then the nice lady from the heat pump shop called in to our place, on her way home, to inspect the job and make sure we were happy and gave us a very comprehensive lesson in how to operate it correctly etc including cleaning the filters etc... very happy with the "one stop shop" system... onl_148 - 2021-01-14 09:33:00 |

| 9 | We installed Panasonic heatpump, the guy who installed it said he had the same one at his place. Very reassuring. Very professional, our case involved drilling through a concrete wall and removing half a ceiling(unexpectedly), but he didn't charge us more for the extra work. Will use him again.
