Are you running windows?

Either plug the printer into your computer or hook it into your network via wifi or with a network cable.

Go to the start menu and type printer

Go into the printer settings menu and click on add a new printer. Follow the instructions in the wizard.

Generally download the sw, plug it in when it tells you to....or if using wirelessly select wifi when the prompt asks which.
