watching 65" tv from sky now blinks on and off.

We have the decoder setup in one room and run a 15 m. hdmi lead
to the 65". We have found the 15m. hdmi lead will work only one of our 3 tv's

Is it possible for the big tv to update spec's as we use it for Netflix and you tube etc , connected via blue network cable?

If I need to upgrade the hdmi cables and splitter box what suggestion of the type ?

Your problem is that you are right at the very end of the practical length for HDMI cable.

Why not Just forget the HDMI and use the Blue Ethernet cable you already have there to get sky programs from the sky online selection?

Yes as already stated 15 metres is about maximum length for a standard HDMI cable. You can get active cables which will do longer distances (but only work in one direction) If you are using the TV for Netflix / You tube etc one simple solution is to use an old computer (desktop or laptop) with an HDMI output and connect it to the TV with a short HDMI cable. You can also get all the freeview channels and more. Use a wireless mouse keyboard. You can get mini all in one keyboard and mouse for about $15 or proper small key board and mouse for under $30. I used to be in favour of using an Android TV Box which but find that many apps block them and some have issues with Netflix playing at high resolution

Ok , all was working ok on existing hdmi cables until early December.
Replaced cable with a " HDMI Cable / HDMI Cord / Version 1.4 / HDMI Male to HDMI Male
1.4 V HDMI TO HDMI Cable / HDMI TO HDMI Cord
HDMI Cable 1.4 Version".

Is the 15M cable picking up something like the fridge turning on and off ?

Seems obvious, the new cable you bought has higher impedance than your old cable did, sufficient to degrade the signal to the point it failing to lock on occasionally. Thinner conductors, less strands of said conductors, inferior connectors.

1.4 is rubbish, you should be using 2.1 at least

That does not answer-- why that installed cable failed.?

You didn't ask.
And based on your attitude, you can go figure it out yourself.
