37 | oh, and to answer the question, if I was buying rentals with a Mill, i would be looking bit further out, Ohaupo, Te Awamutu, Kihikihi and even as far down as Te Kuiti, Otorahanga has seen some huge growth last couple of years. I have a friend who has been buying up small units (60-70sq) in Otorahanga and Te Kuiti, modern (Or completely guts). He is working with a couple of agencies and they rent them to older and Vulnerable people (Subsidized by govt). He is doing extremely well with returns of about 9% gunnernz1 - 2021-01-15 15:19:00 |
