Anyone done this and if so was it successful. Thought about doing one for family member who has a three year old and maybe they could enjoy making choc chip cookies or something together during the holidays.

Yes I used to do this and they were successful. If I remember rightly there was a website dedicated to doing this, as well as soup in a jar etc.

We did m&m biscuits one year -looked good in the jar used mini m&ms if I remember correctly. Also were tasty to eat.

Google it and you'll find a lot of ideas. I did gingerbread cookies one year and added gingerbread man cutters. Also remember to print out the recipe.
