OK I know it is supposed to be a dinasor but it means a lot to me.
I can't get past sign in as Can I reset? Google goes on about hard set or soft reset lost me. Can any body help me. please

It was my husbands phone. he is as bad as me can't remember his apple id.
when he rings my phone it goes to answer phone
