I received an important email last February. When I search my received emails for the name of the sender I am shown 6 lines of the email. I can't see any way to display the whole email. If I left or right click on the title I get a screen without any of the email details.
If I hover over the sender's name I am shown his email address, so the email is hidden somewhere. I don't delete any emails. I have checked the deleted folders and it is not there.
How can I get to see the email?

I have found the original email manually. The search function seems weird and useless. Double click does nothing.

Well that did something thanks. Goodness knows how it got changed so it didn't work.
