And you are accessing it how ?
On the net/webpage ?
On a program on your computer, (such as Thunderbird etc) ?
On an app on the phone/tablet/whatever ?

You want to block rather than blacklist, or whitelist those sites you wish to support - if I remember my xtra days correctly. Should be in settings or security...

Sorry I do not understand. I will leave it at this stage. Many thanks

I do not have junk only blacklist and when I click blacklist I get this message. You exceeded the maximum number of items on your blacklist. Please delete some addresses first. I have checked my blacklist and there are no entries there.

The same way you delete any other email.
Usually, blacklisted emails will be found in the spam folder.

If you are indeed accessing the xtra mail 'online' then go to the mail page and start by clicking where the first arrow shows, (at the top right hand side on the three lines), and then follow the arrows in the sequence shown you will see your blacklisted addresses shown on the right hand side. You can delete them as you wish. Let us know how you get on - or if this is NOT what you are seeing......

Silly me I have had a good sleep and now I know what to write. I want to blacklist emails I get from businesses and other scams and sometimes personal emails When I open the the unwanted emails and click blacklist I get this message. "You exceeded the maximum number of items on your blacklist. Please delete some addresses first." I think was getting confused with Trade Me blacklist traders list. Does this help?

greenforde - 2020-12-04 11:18:00

So read my post at #14

And to quote you - does this help?

Personally I think you're doing this all wrong.
1. You should learn how to and start 'Unsubscribing' from mailing lists - read the fine print at the end of email messages, look for the 'unsubscribe' link.
2 If you are using the Spark webmail, look for the junk mail /spam button for the non-mailing list spam

Blacklists are really only intended for that annoying relative that you don't want to here from...

king1 - 2020-12-04 13:07:00

Okay thanks. I am aware of the unsubscribe. Thanks.

But if I want to delete something "You exceeded the maximum number of items on your blacklist. Please delete some addresses first. How do I do this please.

So you can get to the screen shown from #14 but not delete anything? Have you ticked any of the boxes that show next to the ones you would like to delete and selected them? And then use the delete selected button at the top.

Please be patient it seems like the OP needs her hand held step by step on this (see #22).
Remember we all had to learn how to do things and some people need more or different teaching than others and as we get older learning becomes more difficult. I only wish I knew more than I do.

Patient? I spent quite a bit of time doing a screenshot and added iinfo onto it and uploaded it and linked to it, with instructions.

That took patience.

All I'd like now is for the OP to take a look, a good thorough look, and come back with some info, feedback etc. Help us to help you.

that link provided by nice_lady is a picture with instructions on it to guide you, it's like a photograph, not the real xtra webmail... you can't click it. you need to follow the instructions while logged into your own xtra email...

What seems obvious to some may not be so obvious to others it seems. But, like life, it is all a learning process

Might I suggest that your post at #14 was absolutely great, well thought out and took a lot work (I could not have done that). Unfortunately the OP did not understand that it was only an example of what she should do after opening her Email page.
And also unfortunately your post at #25 showed your frustration that she did not understand, which I think you took as a slight on your knowledge, Your tone in that post thereby causing offence to be taken by the OP.
