contacting 2degrees

Hi.
Im trying to get in touch with 2degrees about my prepay account.

BUT.
I have tried to ring them. I have tried to email them.
But every time I am asked either via online email or via ph to enter my pin number.
I cant remember, so cant send an email, and cant get past the voice prompts when I ring them.
So cant bloody talk to anyone!!!!

Go into my account and check my pin there.. but of course its **** so cant read what it is.
There is an option to change my pin.... But I have to enter my old pi first lol.

Soooooo how the bloody hell can I get in touch with 2degrees and actually talk to a person??

When you go to your account, after you able to log in automatically?

And is this when using a browser such as chrome, Firefox etc?

How do you mean automatically?
I can log into my 2degrees account using my email and pass word.
I use chrome as a browser. but on my lappy, I dont use the ph for internet.

Its just a simple question I want to ask them.
I just want to change my add-on pack, cancel one and add another to replace it with.
But I have 2400 minutes talk time left, I just want to know if I cancel the pack that those minutes are on, will I lose those minutes?
Or will they be carried over to the new add-on pack that I will get.

At what point in the email process do they ask for a pin?

And why can't you ring them and talk to a human ? There is always a way.

Email.
At the start it asks if I am an existing customer. I say yes. then a box appears asking for my pin.
When I ring, either the 200 number or the 0800 number, it prompts me to choose what I want to do.. ie, mobile, internet, or talk to a customer service person.
When I chose to talk to a person (option 3 I think it is) it then asks me for my pin number.
I have tried a few numbers that I thought it could be. but it wont accept them, so I cant go any further.

Maybe Ill just cancel my add-on pack, and purchase the new one.
If I loose all the talk minutes than tough poops for me I guess :(

I did ring the dunedin store, but they dont know. its a billing thing to them apparently.

Its not my password I have forgotten, its my pin number. I dont even know what use it is, until you try and contact 2degrees haha.

Yeah Ill do the 'new customer' trick. I have done that with other companies when they put me on hold for to long.
They looovvveeee talking to new customers to make a sale, but existing customers can wait lol.
