| which is the best for an old lady to buy/use .Mainly for ease of use.Prices almost the same but Vodafone apparently has a 3 day recording function which is unlike to be used .Thanks gazzat22 - 2020-11-30 13:48:00 |
| I had both but i quickly replaced them with the smartvu + and I'm happy with it so far. I don't record anything so I don't know how it works and you can read up on the vodafone tv from geekzone which is over 100 threads of issues. ttaotua1 - 2020-11-30 15:37:00 |
| Vodafone TV is pretty easy to use; was plug and play without having to use the helpdesk. Nice thing is not the recording, but that there is a bunch of apps built in so you don't have to record. So if you come in and have missed the start of something, you can just restart the show from the beginning. Not sure what the SV10 is. gblack - 2020-12-01 07:28:00 |

| I have Vodaphone TV for our kitchen TV and it works OK but can be a bit "flacky" and get its "knickers in a twist" and need turning off and on by disconnecting from its power supply every now and then to get it to operate. onl_148 - 2020-12-01 10:03:00 |
| If you want a smart vu 10, I have one that a client did use in the end. Still in original box with invoice and warranty. Can list it here on TradeMe for you . Can even set it up for you if required duncb - 2020-12-01 19:54:00 |

| My preferred option is to use an old laptop (or desktop) with a wireless mouse and keyboard and load Kodi with all the NZ and Australian freeview channels. As well as TV on demand, Netfix etc duncb - 2020-12-02 12:09:00 |
