on bottom right of screen, Im on windows 10 when I first switch on I get maybe 10 of these from the likes of The Sun etc how do I stop these

usually its Chrome that does this - paste this in the address bar of the browser, or find it in the chrome settings

(one line, remove the dashes at the end of each line)

look at the bottom of the page - these are websites you/someone has allowed to display notifications, you should find the sun etc in there, as a rule you should always block when asked
