1 | After the e-mail debarcle a few years back, for those of you, like me, that have a Vodafone/SkyTV package, new changes mean that you are no longer tied to Vodafone so finally I can tell them to shove it and get a much cheaper and better provider and still get cheap Sky, they have split ties and are now seperate. 2 | I can see why they allow VTV for people on other ISPs, but was really surprised that Vodafone didn't try and keep me when I left earlier this year. Been with Vodafone since early IHug days, so over 20 years.. and I finally left and they didn't even ask why. Would have thought most companies would have a win back team. gblack - 2020-11-09 07:43:00 |

Most of them do. When I was getting my ducks in a row for a mortgage I cancelled my credit card with my non regular bank. They actually made a note for the team not to follow up and win my business back. sw20 - 2020-11-09 09:06:00 |
