Mail on Apple iPod

#Post
1

I am looking for an expert on using Mail Outlook on an iPad. I have asked my normal tech provider and I have asked Apple NZ.

I have used this application ever since I have owned an Apple device. Currently, I have an Apple iPad Pro 2020.

Two issues. One is that in sending group mail, I am told that one or more addresses are faulty and the mail will send. I know the addresses are correct.

The other issue is that WORD attachments display but addressees do not received them.

I think it is an application fault, not an iPad fault.

Anyone?

Your other thread on this topic implied you were talking about Apple Mail app rather than Outlook app. Which is it??

iOS Outlook, so you would call Microsoft given its their creation rather than Apple.

I just tested Word attachments, works as designed and document sent as attachment.

Group emails work perfectly as well.

Do you have a delimiter character between the addresses??

What delimiter character is between the addresses?? in group list. Unless you answer I can't see that you are going to get anywhere with this.

And what size is the Word document(s) concerned?? It's impossible to find a solution without looking at the variables.

Maybe you should answer the question at post #9.

Also is the doc just one page of text or does it include pics? Size can vary dramatically due to those considerations.

By size, I meant the file size (in bytes).

A workaround is to send a link to the document (rather than the document itself) and test sending to yourself.

And have the addressees check their SPAM folder.
