1 | Before this place closes. My husband was adopted, still vetoed. We did a dna test for him to help fill in the dots. But his polynesian side seems to have so many variations that I am going around in never ending circles. We have only 4 2nd cousin matches and it would seem to me he has many wichman connections. This would ring true to what he was told about his birth father but the family is literally massive. Is there anyone out there able to help steer me in the right direction or do I just need to be patient? My fear is that anyone closer to him may have passed or isn't of the generation to do dna tests...there also seems to be some secrecy with at least one of his 2nd cousin connections in that they were also adopted and no information shared despite theirs being more recent times. Not sure if I'm even making sense. unouwanit - 2020-02-18 08:24:00 |
2 | Have you checked with Oranga Tamariki? carbs51 - 2020-02-18 09:04:00 |
