Before TM closes the board ???? how long would meringues keep for?

Uncreamed, they would keep a long while in an airtight container, A week or more, hard to say, they may keep longer than that. In fact I'd say they would keep longer.

I made some using (I think) rainrain1’s 1 egg white and boiling water the Saturday before Christmas and stored in my Tupperware container they were still crunchy 3 weeks later
