Help...too much pepper

Managed to overdo the white pepper required in a sauce I’m making...red currant/balsamic sauce to go with lamb back straps. It’s pretty potent. Have tried dilution and lemon juice but it hasn’t made much difference. Any ideas...apart from starting a new sauce

No worries..I sorted it...down the sink and I made a new one!
