Help...too much pepper

1 | Managed to overdo the white pepper required in a sauce I’m making...red currant/balsamic sauce to go with lamb back straps. It’s pretty potent. Have tried dilution and lemon juice but it hasn’t made much difference. Any ideas...apart from starting a new sauce cardiffgirl - 2020-02-16 19:47:00 |
