I’m just harvesting my first batch of little onions from these curious plants. As they’re really quite small I thought I would pickle them. Do I have to dry them first, or can I use them straight away? Thanks.

I did a swap with another local home gardener. I’ll try pickling a small jar and see how they go. I haven’t got a huge crop but happy to send you both a few babies to get you started if you would like.
