| https://********.com/Community/index.php Quite a few from the TM forums seem to be joining this community. Might be worth looking into. I see they have a recipe section but it's empty at the moment so maybe some of the lovely people on here might like to use it. troy134 - 2020-02-12 17:52:00 |
| I have learnt so much and have found so many great recipes from this board. razell - 2020-02-12 17:54:00 |
| Having access to people with a heap of knowledge has been great for me.........and I help when I can so am a bit sad this forum is going. I have learned a lot from some; Davidt4 shared a lamb recipe I make often and have shared with many. When one door shuts another opens.......there are other forums. Thanks to all. Be well. whangasurfclub - 2020-02-12 18:08:00 |

| Such a very strange decision. Especially when they have only selected to remove certain groups, I don't understand why this one has to be culled. lynja - 2020-02-13 06:43:00 |
| Recipes going is a bit sad alright....:-( rainrain1 - 2020-02-13 06:46:00 |
| Recipes has been such s good section, for lots of people. It would be a big loss, to lots of people. And all the wonderful, recipes that we have shared. Hope we are able to keep it going. willman - 2020-02-13 07:47:00 |

| Timturtle, here are two lamb recipes from davidt4, originally posted on TMMB, that might be of interest to you. I don’t know if either one is the recipe whangasurfclub was writing about, but they do look delicious! Get your barbecue really hot and give it about 30 minutes for med. rare, 45 for well done. I wouldn't close the hood. Rest the meat at least 10 minutes before slicing. If the chops are hogget they are likely to be a lot tougher and would need 2 days in the marinade to tenderise.
