Ideas/recipes for a low fodmap vegetarian diet pls

#Post
1

Following a low fodmap diet is hard when you are vegetarian! It puts the usual chickpeas, lentils, beans etc out. I do eat small amounts of fish now though as there was such a lack of options. Plus salmon is yum ;-)
I eat a lot of salad, roast veges, Gluten free pizza and wraps, rice, oats, "safe" fruit etc but would love some more ideas please.
For those that don't know, low fodmap is for those with fructose malabsorption, IBS etc. It cuts out fructose and fructans so garlic, onion, wheat, some fruit, beans etc. Some people tolerate some in small amounts and it is just working out your limits. TIA

You can consume some canned lentils, beans, chickpeas. Something like 1/2 cup. Green beans are OK up to a certain amount so I find them a great fresh vegetable. Spinach is good.

Lots of recipes here too. https://www.monashfodmap.com/recipe/
