Bakels Gluten Free Flour question

I have been given 2 bags of this. Do I use it the same as wheat flour in recipes? Example use my scone recipe just substitute this mix instead of flour? Not baked with it before so don't want to waste it.

You could contact them and ask, but I think you can just substitute it for other flour. I would just make half a batch of scones or something and see. I have baked with their products in a work situation but am not too sure now, it is good stuff however.

Thanks. Yes I have heard it is the best brand. Will make a half batch and see how it goes.

Yes. I wouldn't use it as a straight substitute for scones though.
I have a nice GF scone recipe which uses an egg and xanthan gum.
Biscuits and cakes work well.
Bakels my fav GF flour or baking mix. The artisan bread mix pretty good too.
