The Mainland one is so creamy it doesn’t taste anything like feta - I got it once by mistake and was very disappointed.

I only buy the 'Danish Feta' by 'Food Snob' it's in an oil & I use that for salad dressing

I buy the Food Snob Bulgarian goat or sheep feta because it tastes the closest to feta I had in Greece - tangy and salty

Puhoi for me. Countdown regularly has it on special for $4. Nice and crumbly, a real tang and doesn't melt like some of the unfortunate budget ones.
