Tomato RElish....

I can't find my Edmonds book with tomato relish in it.
I only want to make 2-4 jars.
Could somone give me the recipe, so would I halve or quarter ALL THE ingredients..thx

1.5kg peeled tomatoes
4 large onions
25g salt
500g brown sugar
Vinegar
1Tbsp mustard
1Tbsp curry powder
2Tbsp flour
3 chillies

Cut tomatoes and onions into four or more pieces. sprinkle with salt and leave overnight,
next day, pour off liquid, put into preserving pan with sugar and chillies.
add enough vinegar to cover and bring to boil.
simmer 1-1/2 hours.
mix flour, curry and mustard to a smooth paste with a little cold vinegar. add to mixture and boil 5 minutes.
put into sterilised jars and seal tightly.

...thank u, but the recipe i want, you put tomms in hot water to get skins off..

My Edmonds book from 1980 is the same recipe as above, do you think it is the same just with extra instruction of an easy way to remove tomato skins added?
