Love all these ideas, have made a gravy from a wild pork roast, and made the jus, thanks pure.blonde. I'm going to combine the jus and the gravy for my tonights meal. Had schnitze left over from a big pack of.

I always do schnitzel with a fresh herb coating & the herbs are so scrummy...no sauce needed, (well maybe a little squeeze of lemon) but in saying that, there are some lovely ideas here that may tempt me to try with steak ;o)

Yes I do the fresh herb coating as well sometimes, just thought I'd try something fancy pants for a change with the meal. I like a red pepper sauce with my schnitzel, but I have eaten it all, will have to make some more.
