2 | Ingredients Method Place the quinces, apples and onions in a large pot with the vinegar, water and sugar. Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the lime juice. Simmer gently until the chutney thickens – this could take an hour or longer. During the last 5 minutes add the lime juice. Bottle in sterilised jars. Try and leave it for at least a week before you start eating it. lythande1 - 2020-01-03 08:41:00 |
