sour creme as a base, a little bit of seafood eta dressing and some oyster sauce or some seafood stock or shrimp flavouring.

Even quicker:
use a maggi seafood soup packet in the same way as you make the Maggi onion dip.... just add lemon juice or vinegar to the soup mix and a can of reduced cream....

Another delicious & easy dip is:
1 tin salmon (drained but keep a little in reserve in case needed to thin out if needed)
150gm cream cheese
1/2 to 1 tsp curry powder (to taste)
A good dollop (usually a heaped dsp) of mayo ( I often use Eta potato salad dressing!)
Salt & pepper ... Mix together until smooth
Chill and serve

I do one can of salmon drained, a few tablespoons of cream cheese and few tablespoons of sour cream, a dollop of tomato paste. YUM YUM.

You can make in advance and chill. Great with sticks of celery or carrot and also for rice crackers.
