Who has a good recipe for icecream....or anything to use it up. thx

You can freeze it.
And it is also fine way past it's best before date.

I would make butter out of it and use the butter milk to make scones, pancakes or cakes, You can make lemonade and cream scones and freeze them.

Freeze it, in smaller containers. Keeps for quite a while.

I personally wouldn't freeze cream unless it had been whipped or made into something. The condensed milk and cream for icecream is fantastic.

Butter. The simplest thing to do. Got given 10 litres last year and made butter with it all. Froze well and tasted far better than bought.

malcovy.........I agree, that ice cream is great and so quick and easy. I add raspberries, fresh or frozen to it and it is lovely. OP I would make half your cream into ice cream and the other half into lemonade scones, half of which you can freeze for another day.
