sugar free, thrifty jelly

#Post

1 litre of cold water....remove 1/3rd cup for
4 & 1/2 teaspoons of gelatine, put the gelatine and 1/3rd cup of water in a microwave cup, wait for gelatine to swell, mic in short bursts to dissolve, do not boil...

Add 5 teaspoons of thrifty to the rest of the water and
1/2 teaspoon of Sucaryl
Add the gelatine mixture and stir well.

I portion this off into 10 X 1/2 cup servings.

I was out of weightwatchers jellies and made this recipe up, it turned out real nice. maybe a lot cheaper too. I buy Gelatine by the Kg as I use a lot.

If you don't wish to ingest all the chemicals, you can make a really nice jelly using gelatine and fruit teas. No sweetener needed (or at least I don't think so)

And I have found Low Calorie "Aeroplane" Jelly in my local New World. It looks expensive at first glance, but each pack contains two sachets, each of which makes 500 mls of really nicely flavoured jelly.
