2 | Tiramisu is the most popular Christmas dessert in our house - we don't have Christmas pudding because none of us really like it but we do have mince pies and brandy butter. A really easy Christmas dessert is to mix a jar/tub of fruit mincemeat into a 2 litre container of slightly softened ice cream and then refreeze in a gladwrap lined pudding bowl - serve frozen and pour cream over the top - like a cheats cassata. You can add glace cherries, citrus peel or stem ginger if you like it. Edited by sarahb5 at 1:11 pm, Sun 8 Dec sarahb5 - 2019-12-08 13:09:00 |

4 | We enjoy a big bowl of strawberries and cubed fresh pineapple, dressed with a little sugar and macerated for at least an hour. It looks good, and you can add some white rum or kirsch if there no children or abstainers there. davidt4 - 2019-12-08 18:57:00 |
