I love love LOVE Christmas cake but can't remember which one was the tastiest one sold in the supermarkets.

The ones the Lions sell are pretty good, not sold in stores though

Yes really good one $20 for the uniced 1kg ones. When lions have stalls in Farmers market at this time of the year they sell it there. Or contact your local lion's branch.

I looked at getting one but could only find the cartons online

That's the online order link. There is a freight free option to have home delivered but I think you have to buy a certain numbers of cakes. Maybe friends and families might be interested in buying like you too and combine the numbers to get the freight free option...just a suggestion.

Also not Supermarket cakes - but these guys make excellent cakes, I've been buying them for several years now. Our local Hospice used to sell them for fund-raising but stopped for some reason, I carried on purchasing direct from the company... https://christmascakes.co.nz/
