Jo Segar has a lovely individual Christmas cheese cakes she make in muffin tin/trays, she says they can be brought from a good kitchen shop. I cannot locate them any where, can anyone help please

I have got some 8 cm tins - I use them to make mini Christmas cakes...
Got them from Farmers.

Also, I have seen a great catering team, do cheesecakes for a buffet/standup luncheon...
They did a crumbled biscuit base (not packed too tight) and then cheesecake topping on top - all made in cardboard cupboard moulds (if that is the right word)
The cupboard was compostable, and it meant they were single serves, and not hard to serve.
