I haven't got that recipe but I do have a coleslaw recipe that lasts in the fridge for weeks if you would like that.

Six month coleslaw
Cabbage, sliced
Onion, sliced
Carrots, grated
Capsicum, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Sprinkle salt over vegies and leave for 12-24 hours in fridge. Drain well.
Dressing
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/2 (half) cup oil
Boil sugar, vinegar and oil till sugar dissolved and let cool.
1 tsp mustard
Pour dressing over vegie mix, add mustard, mix well and cover. Keep in fridge
I think I used a whole cabbage, 1 lg onion, 2 carrots, 1 capsicum and 1 cucumber.
