Banana Bran muffins

Would anyone have recipe for these, using oil & wheat bran, my recipe (written on sheet of paper) has vanished I should have put recipe in book .
Have looked online, but not found suitable recipe .

Alison Holst recipe
3/4 cup plain flour
3/4 cup wholemeal flour
3/4 up brown sugar
1/2 cup wheat bran
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup sultanas (optional)
50 grms butter
1 egg
1.1/2 cups mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla essence
milk as required
In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mixed well with fingers. Melt the butter until liquid stir in egg and mix with a fork. Add mashed banana and vanilla and mix well. Stir the liquid into the dry ingredients without over mixing, fold everything together and add a little milk if needed. Divide evenly between 12 normal sized muffins pans the have been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 200 C for 10-15 minutes.

Banana Bran Muffins #2
2 cups wheat bran
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup golden syrup
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 mashed bananas
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl
warm the golden syrup and then let cool before adding egg and milk and finally the mashed bananas. Fold together to just combine dont overmix. Spoon mixture into well spray muffin tins and bake at 200C for 10-15 mins

Thanks petal1955, rather use oil, not butter, but can swap that ok this recipe looks ok & I use lots of Alison Holsts recipes.

I used to make Alison holst's muffin but recently tried Ina Gartens recipe and prefer that now. So do the kids. I do swap the honey for Treacle for more malty flavour or golden syrup if I want it less malty.
