Hi all I am looking for the fruit salad jam recipe the one with bananas in it as it is my MILs favourite and I would like to make it for Xmas for her. Thanks in advance.

but just googled and there are a few on there with bananas

From Edmonds cookbook:
1kg each apricots and peaches
1 tin (450g) crushed pineapple
10 bananas (optional)
Juice of 2 lemons or passionfruit
2.2kg sugar

Cook fruit till soft, add sugar and boil about 20 minutes. Test.

still in lbs 3 lbs apricots 2 oranges 2 lemons 3 bananas tin pineapples pieces cut into small pieces 5lbs sugar
grate rind of oranges and lemons squeeze juice cut up apricots let stand for a while with a little sugar boil fruits for 5 mins then add rest of sugar boil 20 mins then ad bananas cut thinly boil another 10 min or until jam sets This from an old Scottish book
