too much cauliflower? lovely recipe (imo)

#Post

I usually make a cauli 'pizza' base when I have a glut of cauliflowers, but I tried this Yotam Ottolenghi recipe last night & it's absolutely delicious.
It makes a decent sized 'cake' & is quite firm, but would cut into tapa sized bites/nibbles for finger food, as it's recommended to serve warm or at room temp..
I added a few stalks of asparagus, cos they were ready & not enough for a decent meal & next time ...there will definitely be a next time ...I may even add some baby spinach.
It was lovely with a tomato/basil salad & a small lettuce salad & apparently it tastes even better the next day, which I'm about to find out.
Has anyone made this?
If so, does it freeze OK?
