I got a Black Cherry crumble cake the other week, said shop hasn't had them since. Brother loved it, have to say I thought it was quite good.
Now I have bought some cherries, but I am useless at baking, not enough practice I guess.

I have a recipe, but any tips? Sadly mine might taste ok, but they look like rubbish and never come out well.
I can't make muffins either, except with that cheat mix.

(although weirdly I can make choux pastry)
