Recipe very similar to a choux pastry.

This is the one I have used very successfully in the deep fryer. I see kmart has a churro maker which I'm tempted to buy and try to see if much of a difference from the deep fried version.

120g butter 1 Cup water (250ml)
2T Sugar ¼ t salt 1 Cup flour
3 eggs

Heat butter and water in a pot until it just boils. Turn off.

Add sugar, salt and flour. Beat till well mixed. Put pot back on a medium heat and beat for 2 minutes. It should all come together as a big smooth lump of dough. Turn off heat. Leave to cool for a couple of minutes (so doesn't cook egg when mixed in).

Beat eggs in (using a wooden spoon is ideal). Do one at a time and beat until fully mixed in.

I have probably seen pix of one, but no idea, it seems to have dropped off the range. (It is called a snack maker in the recipe, I think)
