Sweet wine recommendations

#Post
1

I realise that wine preferences are very personal however I would appreciate some recommendations.
I am looking for a non dry, sweet, desert style.wine. I know very little about wine and need to place an on line supermarket order so tasting is not possible.
Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Moscato is really nice. I particularly like the Brown Brothers one.

A Sauternes, it’s a beautiful dessert style wine.

I like the first one here, as a slow sipping wine, have not tried the others. Note - i usually do not drink any sweet wine, but this is nice.

I've had the Sileni Late Harvest Semillon (several years ago, so possibly a different vintage) and it was really good.

Browns brothers muscato rosa (Pink in colour) is really nice. I too prefer sweet wine but not heavy sweet wine. The other one is Rosemount O which is slightly bubbly and white wine. I live in Auz so I buy my wine from Aldi. Their Rose Muscato is very nice.

for something different....
Clearview Estate Sea red.
It's a red dessert wine and delicious!

A very safe but delicious option, also reasonably priced, is Brown Brothers Orange Muscat, often available in supermarkets.

bannrock station moscato.white or rose is good with the bonus of being low alcohol which can be handy as you can get through it fast?

For a sticky, I’d go to a specialty wine shop. These can be terrible and the advice from someone who really knows their stuff is invaluable

I agree. A luscious wine. Whiskey and More sell it cheaper than anywhere else that I have found - and they deliver.
