Hi, I am hoping people will please share any delicious pizza topping ideas you have. A few years ago there was a great thread on here with so many different ideas. I made a Thai green curry chicken one with cashews and crispy noodles which was so good. Looking for more gourmet ideas rather than ham, cheese and pineapple.

You could maybe still some topping suggestions from hells pizzas website, lol. thats what i do when i make homemade. most times i just experiment with whatever leftovers we have.

I'm with Italy. Tomato, mozzarella, basil and at a push mushroom. Nothing else.

We like homemade hummus with a sprinkling of nigella seeds, chargrilled/roasted veges, crumbled feta cheese and baby spinach as a topping, finished with a sprinkling of olive or walnut oil. I sometimes use homemade eggplant dip instead of the hummus for a change.

I make the following:

Spread refried beans as base sauce
Diced jalapeno peppers
Diced cooked onions
Sprinkle on black beans
Some shredded chicken
Some hot salsa dollops
Mozzarella Cheese

Sometimes it's thrown in a pan (briefly) first, if it's being used under (or mixed with) the other fillings. Microwave it first works well too.
If as a topping then it's usually fine raw. Cooks quickly as the pizza cooks.
Nice thin rashers of streaky bacon, cut into bits, add to pizza top. Yum!
