Help with Different Oven Functions Please

#Post
1

I have just renovated my kitchen and have got this new Belling oven which apparently has 9 different functions if I can finally work out how to use them.
I'm at a loss as to which function to use for different things. The manual is not much use. Would I use the fanned oven or conventional oven for baking a cake ? Small cakes ? Pizzas ? Intensive Bake ? Thanks in anticipation ...

I have had our Belling for 2 years. I still only use it on one setting, basic cook upper and lower elements on. But i initially didnt realise do not put a tray on the floor of the oven.

Just use fan bake for everything, but on a lower heat setting. I cook most things at around 180.

Can you go back to the shop you bought it from and ask them to show you?.

The book tells you, if new it should have one.

Thanks so much for all the advice folks. Thanks ' awoftam ' I have checked out that website and I am going to try to use the oven today.
The attraction of this particular oven was it is Pyrolytic, in other words it has a clean function. Yay ! !
