You can only swap sugar for one of those 0 calorie sweetners, the ones that look like sugar.

Natvia for instance.

There is NO "diabetic" jam at all - sorry to say.

If you have diabetes you have to wean your self off sugar and carbs,

So you can make some subs but what are you eating it with because bread is out?

Just change your eating habits and you will be fine.

I have found that the jams with artificial sweeteners dont taste very good and can be expensive. It took me a while to realise this but of course you can have ordinary jams and lemon curd etc but just a minimal spread of it, dont slather it on.

you can use fruit juice, pure not sugar added stuff. Apple or pear seem to be the ones I have seen on the back of jams I buy. or you can make a small amount without sugar or substitutes but needs to be kept in fridge and used quickly.

Depending how bad you are. Take your doctor's advice and do your own glucose testing often.

Quite right. Even diabetics need sugar at times
