I have made choux pastry before which Would have survived any storm, and they could probably have survived being nailed to the roof.

Well, once upon a time, caviar was so plentiful in Russia, that they used to use it to plaster their roofs....... well, in the winter, anyway, as long as it stayed frozen...........
Does that qualify?
