2 | Treat it as you would treat any other tough cut if beef i.e. braise slowly for several hours. You can cook it whole, I prefer to cut into large chunks. Beef cheek needs about four hours at 160 C or eight to ten hours in a slow cooker. davidt4 - 2019-07-12 13:04:00 |
