Yummo, love herb dumplings. Oxtail not cheap, i pay around $15 butcher orders it in for me. Enjoy.

Isn't it strange how foods that used to be so cheap - oxtails, lamb shanks for example - are now sooooo expensive?! Still, occasionally we just HAVE to have an oxtail stew, but I've never tried the soup....
