3 | Pumpkin has about 8g of total carbs per 100g (net carb count will be less), so is significantly lower than potatoes and sweet potatoes. To maintain ketosis most people have to limit carbs to fewer than 20g per day, so do the arithmetic and if the rest of your food for the day is under about 10 g a piece of pumpkin should be okay. davidt4 - 2019-07-01 19:31:00 |
