Just googled that, sounds like sugar-less cake.
Why not just not have bread at all?
Or limit what bread you eat. My husband eats very little bread, maybe 1 slice (home made) a day if that. Some days none, he just has omelettes, salad and chicken, home made thick vege soup and such.
Not on a crab diet or any diet actually, just doesn't have a lot of bread these days.

When I have bread I use Freya's Low Carb. I keep it in the freezer and just take out what I need. Lovely bread.

That hardly answers the op's question though.
I haven't the answers either, but would be interested if some one could give a recipe.
I've made 'paleo Pete's' bread (well actually it's a recipe that his first wife & mother of his children devised) but it wasn't really impressive & would rather go without than make it again.
Good luck in getting a decent recipe, op.

90 Second Microwavable Low Carb Keto Bread -

Edited to add -

I make the Microwave one quite often and it works out about 60 to 70 cents per piece.

The Oven one I have made a couple of times, it was good but it cost about 8 to 9$ for the ingredients.

So Instead of making a loaf of bread, I think it's cheaper and less work to buy the Home Street by Bakeworks Keto bread at about $10 per 16 slice loaf -

carbs-430g

Available from various outlets around the country.

Could you use the low carb bred from the What the Fat? website? It uses almond meal instead of flour, I really like it.

The 90 second keto bread is easy in the microwave - I make it a lot for my coeliac daughter when she needs a protein boost and is in a rush.

I have been making most low carb / keto bread I found on the net. most were eaten under sufferance. I now make this recipe for scones, keto style.
100 grams each grated cheese and almond meal,
1 teaspoon of baking powder and
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne, [less if you don't like spicy]
2 small eggs.
Mix it all together, wait a little bit for the mixture to get firmer, divide into 4 scones, or 2 to fill or use for burgers.
Bake at 180 deg C.
I am unsure how long but as soon as I can smell them, I remove them and test with a skewer. probably around 15 minutes.
I did read somewhere Ploughman's have something coming out soon, I hope its a low carb bread.

Thanks pickles ...I've made a few paleo & keto 'breads', but nothing that I really like, I'd rather go without, than eat a gritty pretend bread, but I'd like to give your recipe a try...does it toast OK?

I have not toasted it, samanya, I would think it would. I have one in the fridge, I will try it toasted in the morning.

Thanks for that pickles ...I did wonder about the cheese content.
I'll still give it a go though & see if I find it more palatable than some recipes that I've tried.
I'm not a big bread eater, (I've had a couple of slices over the past 10 days) but sometimes I crave for a slice of bread!
Tomatoes/pesto or banana or avocado/bacon on toast ...yum.

The one I (and my bread-loving chap) like is this one for bread rolls:
https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-keto-bread
It takes 3 mins to make, and about 50 mins to bake. Has a nice crust, isn't terribly dense or eggy, and stores for a couple days quite well.
