I have made it so maybe it was me...
Fry the bacon, and then at the last minute put the chopped spinach in with a tin of tomatoes - I use a tin of tomato puree with herbs. Heat through until spinach has wilted. Make a white sauce. Layer lasagna, then tomato mixture then white sauce, then lasagna, tomato mixture and white sauce, then top with grated cheese. Bake for approx 30 - 45 mins at 180-190 degrees until hot and bubbling.

Added: I used approx 4-5 rashers of bacon. It makes enough usually for 2 of us for 2 nights.
