MorrisRaymond Croft

My uncle Morris Croft was b. Sefton ,South Island, NZ. 16th March 1924. I am trying to find out more about his WW2 history. I think he joined the RAF
as far as I know was stationed in England somewhere. I remember when he came home after the war ended, I think he was on the ground crew not sure what he was doing. He died 2008 in Australia , Any help would be greatly appreciated .Thank you

The rank of pilot officer suggests he was air crew.
