This brownie is so quick and easy and completely crazy.
1 1/4 cups Nutella or similar (I used the cheaper one and it is fine) 2 eggs and 1/2 cup flour. Mix together and bake in a lined 8 inch square tin. Bake until cooked as normal for a brownie, about 25-30mins at 175C.

Sorry, the poster's name did not copy across, but taken from the best brownie thread

UNKNOWNDISORDER - Could you please tell me which size jar of hazelnut spread I need to buy to get 1 1/4 cups? I generally only buy the smallest jar as I use the spread on toast very occasionally, but looking at the jar I don’t think it would be 1 1/4 cups. I need to buy a new jar so want to ensure I buy a jar with enough spread in it. Thank you very much in advance and really looking forward to trying this recipe.

One cup is 250 ml, so one and a quarter cups is 312 ml. Look for a jar of nutella that contains more than this.

If nutella is labelled by weight, 300g should be ample.

DAVIDT4 - thank you very much for the measurements. I shall be making this recipe as soon as I have bought the jar of Nutella. It sounds so yummy!
