4 | I always put mine in an oven bag and cook on low for 6 hours. I put no liquid in the bag.It is amazing how much fat comes out. Always just falls apart. Enjoy.???? ffloss - 2019-05-10 18:36:00 |
5 | I put an upturned saucer in the bottom of the dish and place the chicken on it breast side down. It always turns out lovely and moist and the chicken isn't sitting in the fat in the bottom of the pot. (the fat is used in my chicken fried rice later) pauline999 - 2019-05-11 17:28:00 |
